Premier Development Group recently finalized the first of four buildings that will house the 25 townhomes of Miller’s Landing on Lake Powell. But, don’t expect to find any listings advertising the finished residences—all seven units were sold prior to the completion of the building.
The good news is that the group has put another seven residences on the market following ground-breaking of the second building. Michael McNeil, chief marketing officer of Premier Development Group, suggests that buyers act fast as the popularity of these residences is clearly evident. “We’re looking at a timeframe of eight months to complete the second building and expect to finalize the entire project in a year and a half,” he said. “The price point for this type of high-end residence coupled with the amenities package and the exquisite Lake Powell backdrop is simply unmatched in the area.”
