This month, The Premier Development Group’s (PDG’s) much-anticipated Thirty-One on 30A development was completed and reached another milestone by welcoming its first owners. Of the 27 residences available in the four-story development, nearly 75% were sold as of early September. The remaining residences—ranging in size from approximately 2,500-4,500 square feet—are currently listed for between $2.175 million and $4.5 million. White noted that the price point opens up a new alternative for gulf-front residential living that is currently lacking on Highway 30A as other similar single-family offerings are listed at upwards of $8 million. Plus, the limited number of owners will have access to 335 feet of beachfront, maximizing its outdoor space and recreational appeal.
Simple, contemporary elegance characterizes the design of Thirty-One on 30A. Residences are fashioned in cool, neutral colors with clean lines, modern lighting and Wolf® and Sub-Zero® appliance packages. Notably, each condominium home shares a private elevator with the residences directly above or below it that is accessed from a private garage below the building—a very different scenario than the typical exterior entrance to a condominium.
